Nn Add ground meat and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. uw Add ginger, garlic and bell peppers and cook until vegetables are tender and meat starts to brown, about 5 minutes. & Meanwhile, in small bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, chicken broth, cornstarch and sambal oelek and mix until everything is dissolved.
